Dear Ron,
As you may remember, we built our home with Englehart group in 2009 and very impressed with the construction Quality from day we moved in.
We understand Quality and Reputation are the foundation of Englehart principles and your team didn’t compromise at any stage in our home.
Its privilege for us to recognise our home in “Macleod” for HIA awards nomination by Englehart group of homes and we won the award in 2010.
The journey didn’t stop there for us with Englehart team, when we had minor maintenance concerns such as electrical fittings droppage and water tank motor failure. With out any delay your organisation supported the maintenance activities with in 2 working days and fixed it. This wouldn’t be possible with any major building organisations in particular maintenance actions after 2 years.
In future should we have any plans to build new home again, we will build with Englehart group homes only and recommend our friends and families.
I thought of sharing our personal experience with you directly to ensure Englehart staff commitment & Quality delivery in line with your expectations.

Following the purchase of a property in Box Hill and in the process of looking at many display houses around the Balwyn area, we found Lucas Morris Homes part of the Englehart Group.
We chose Lucas Morris Homes to build our dream home after obtaining quotes from several builders. Right from the start Lucas Morris Homes were very transparent about their pricing and variations to the home on display.

Everyone we encountered at Lucas Morris was friendly and easy to talk to and never tried to avoid talking to us about any matters. All our issues were resolved in a timely manner with professionalism at all levels.
At handover our Construction Manager, to our surprise found details that he believed required attention not apparent to our Independant Inspector. Every item was written down and rectified.
In our quest to find a good builder who did not just promise to build to specifications, but to build to a “display home” finish quality standard, we were worried that we may not get the display home finish, but we are very happy to say such a drama did not occur. We can now say the home has been built by one of the best Builders around.
Overall we are thrilled to have chosen Lucas Morris to build our dream home and we would definitely recommend Lucas Morris Homes to people who are looking to build their first, second or even third dream home.
